Studios and rooms in Delft

Rotsvast Delft would like to help you to find a suitable accommodation with a good rentprice. We have several furnished and unfurnished rooms and studios available for expats or locals. They are in good quality or are renovated. The rooms we offer have shared facilities, but we have private studios as well. We have properties to offer in the price range of €400,- / €500,- / €600,- inclusive additional costs for gas, water, electricity, TV, internet and government taxes.

Working or studying in Delft

Are you going to work in Delft for DSM, Ikea, Emerson, Exact, Intecsea, TU Delft, TNO, Shell, TamTam, Allseas, European Patent Office, or one of the other company’s? Rotsvast Delft is preferred supplier of all these companies in and around delft. If you want to rent an object as soon as possible we can provide you a rental contract within one week. With this contract you can register at the Municipality of Delft.

Students of TU Delft receive a 10% discount on the commission fee is they rent a house from Rotsvast.
